Panchkula: The district on Thursday reported 159 fresh coronavirus cases, taking the overall tally to 13,188. The Covid toll remained at 154 with no fresh death. While 12,000 patients have recovered from the disease so far, 1,034 cases are still active. The recovery rate stands at 90.99 per cent. TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
