Scratching the Surface Portuguese street artist Vhils poses in front of one of his works during the exhibition “Dissection” at the Museum of Electricity in Lisbon. Alexandre Farto aka Vhils, 27 years old, is known for his groundbreaking carving technique, which forms the basis of his “Scratching the Surface” series and has been hailed as one of the most compelling approaches to street art in the last decade. The show is on till October 5.

Opened by his nephew James Warhola, “Andy Warhol: Pop Art for Everyone” exhibits 87 of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-born artist's works, including favorites like “Campbell’s Soup”, first created in 1962 and revisited over the years.
