HIS is a story of Commander Bath who with his helpers, Himanshu, Rama Rao Sr and Rama Rao Jr, takes tourists, regularly, out to sea near the Andaman islands so that the latter can spot marine life. What was supposed to be a one-day trip turns out to be an ordeal for a couple of days. With limited water and emergency rations that were supposed to last for a day or two, the six are adrift on the sea. They are at the mercy of the weather and the sea. They start the trip as strangers but end up fighting the odds together.
