GLOBETROTTING
Caught with pants down
The No Pants Subway Ride is an annual event. It started as a prank in New York City with seven guys and has grown into an international celebration of silliness. Random passengers board a subway car at separate stops in winter, wearing winter clothes, without pants and keep a straight face. The 2014 marked the 13th annual ride on January 12 in over 60 cities in over 25 countries. Bangalore was one of two cities in India that took part.

Commuters in Hong Kong braved public transport without trousers. The stunt, also celebrated in Australia's major cities, has gone global since its first staging by the US group Improv Everywhere in New York in 2002
