Fruit facts
Kiwi has more Vitamin C than orange
Dr Chiranjit Parmar

The Vitamin C content of kiwi fruit ranges between 130 to 150 mg per 100 gm of pulp. This is a little over two times than that of an orange.

Not only that, 100 gm fruit pulp also contains 5 gm dietary fibre, 26 gm carbohydrates, 16 gm sugar, 2 gm protein, 5 mg sodium, 6 mg calcium, 3 mg iron and Vitamins A and E. Kiwi fruit, besides being a good source of anti-oxidants, has several other health benefits too.
