ULTA PULTA
Jeeto said to her mother-in-law, "You know Beeji, Sunita Williams is going into space for the second time." The mother-in-law said, "Look, Jeeto don’t get influenced by such women who stay out most of the time." Jeeto said, "Beeji, you don’t understand. The whole world is proud of Sunita Williams." Beeji said, "I am sure, her mother-in-law would be quite frustrated. I pity her. While this Sunita is wandering around in space, her poor mother-in-law must be stuck in the kitchen making chapattis." Jeeto thought for moment on how she should put her point across, so she again said, "Beeji, don’t you think you a woman should achieve something in life?" Beeji said, "The day I have full control over you, I would be most satisfied mother-in–law." Jeeto said, "If instead of I/me, Sunita had been your daughter-in-law what would have been your reaction on her going to space for the second time?" "I would first try to wring out the information whether she was going into space with some other boy." "Beeji, don’t you feel proud of this Indian-born girl Sunita, who holds the record of longest space flight of 195 days among female astronauts?" "Her mother-in-law shouldn’t have given her so much rope. Next time, she can make some other excuse like there was a terrible traffic jam or heavy 50 per cent discount on astronauts’ suits and be stuck in space for a whole year."
