According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest mango ever harvested, weighed 3.5 kg. It was produced by a farmer couple Sergio and Maria Socorro Bodiongan from Iligan city, Philippines. In India, there is a variety of mango called pansera from UP, which is quite heavy but no authentic data about its weight is available.
