Games tribals play
THIS is a reality show that will test the limit of human endeavour and pitches the urban world against people of remote tribes across the globe. In the Last Woman Standing on Friday 10 pm on History TV18, a group of five British women from different sporting backgrounds are sent to some of the most remote areas in the globe, to live with different tribes to experience what life is like for the women that live there. But there is a twist in the tale. In one week’s time, the women athletes must train with the tribes and master one of their indigenous ancient sport while eating and sleeping as their local competitors do. They, then, have to try and beat the locals in their own game, with all their years of experience in a head-to-head competition. Over the course of the journey, all of the athletes will be tested both physically and mentally in extreme tribal conditions as they give everything that they can to the array of challenges that face them. And the one who survives the challenge will be crowned the ‘Last Woman Standing.’ — NF
