Peel has more vitamins

Lemon peel, which we normally throw way, contains five to 10 times more vitamins than the juice.

So a better way to use lemons is to freeze the whole fruit, grate it and then use the grated mixture (zest) by sprinkling on various food items.

This way one can consume all nutrients and get all health benefits.
