Bala said, “You know, Paley the CBI has received an audiotape of a conversation between Gen VK Singh and another person allegedly involved in the bribery case.” Pala said, “This is a dangerous thing. If the Army Chief’s conversation could be taped and leaked, how can we count on the safety and security of our nation?” The government asked its secret agency to access the military might of its neighbouring countries.
