FRUIT FACTS
A pulpless fruit

The fruits of baobab (Adansonia digitata) do not contain any pulp like other fruits. Instead, these contain a dry powder, which when dissolved in water turns into a refreshing and nutritive drink, rich in vitamin C. Baobab, a large succulent tree, grows wild in South and Central Africa. It is very popular with local people. — Dr Chiranjit Parmar
