MORE than 950 items belonging to Elizabeth Taylor, including jewellery, clothes, shoes and pieces of art, will be put up for sale in Christie’s first solely online auction. Prices will start from £62 for a pair of Chanel earrings and go up to £6,300 for a diamond and 18-carat white gold necklace set with 126 circular-cut diamonds. The online-only auction is a first for Christie’s in its 245-year history. It will ship any items bought in the auction around the world. The digital auction
begins on the December 3 and finishes on the December 17 to coincide
with the series of real-life auctions of the star’s huge trove of
