Home SECOND home!
The current definition of luxury has changed from brands to property. With the prices hitting the roof, we found a lucky few who have two perfect living spaces and maintain them with a smile

Vinita Talwar stands outside her abode in Sector 8.

They say home is the most popular and will be the most enduring of all earthly establishments. Giving a whole new meaning to this sentence are a chosen few in Chandigarh, who have been busy setting up not one, but two homes in their one life span. The selected few painstakingly maintain and add a personal touch to the two homes!

If there is anything about the Talwars, who own the Talwar Jewellers in Sector 22, that you cannot miss, it is the luxurious expanse of their two homes. Located in the posh pockets of Sector 8 and 5, they leave no stone unturned to ooze opulence. Vinita Talwar, the woman of the house, shares her views on the efforts. “Initially, we had a farmhouse in Delhi. With the passage of time, it became more and more difficult for us to maintain it. It was at that point, that we bought our house in Sector 8.” Now a bachelor pad for the son, the house in Sector 5 is reserved for the lavish dinners and quiet moments the family wants to spend together. “Whenever an investment is made in a property, the initial excitement is there. It’s over a period of time that you really understand the efforts that go behind maintaining the two houses. It’s not as easy as it seems,” she laughs.

For some, it’s more of a need than anything else. Sachit Jain, the man behind the Vardhman Group, has been comfortable shifting houses. “For us, it’s been an unplanned move. Initially, we had a home in Panchkula and later in Chandigarh.” Never really convinced about having two homes, Sachit sold the house in Panchkula before buying his abode in Sector 9. “

Ludhiana, we had to invest in property as my work revolves there and it’s not easy to shuttle back and forth everyday,” he says. With his wife keeping busy in turning the house in Ludhiana into a home, he is aware that it takes some effort to maintain it. “We have enough help to maintain both the homes and my wife makes her contribution in ensuring everything is in place,” he says.

Houses are made of bricks and cement; people turn them into a home. And keeping the British legacy alive through their ancestral property is Samrat Hundal. Apart from a plush residence in Sector 9, Chandigarh the family is maintaining six houses in Dagshai. Purchased from a British lady, the house is the object of fancy for the family. Sharing the story behind his homes, Samrat says, “Our house in Dagshai was famous for the Masonic meetings during the British times.” With the teak furniture and the 200-year-old fireplace, the house has only seen touch-ups to restore the glory of the mansions. Owned collectively by the entire family, it is one of the extraordinary homes.

With the joint property in Chandigarh, it takes a good amount of effort from the family in maintaining it. A floriculturist and an hotelier by profession, Samrat says, “If any of the houses are left ignored for a long period, the care and maintenance takes double the effort later.”

Then there are a few others, who made their first home but could never move into them due to the joint family factor. Harsh Jindal (name changed) is one such person. “Our home in Panchkula is fully furnished, but we have not been able to move in,” says Harish. With no intention to move out of the joint family, the current plush residence in Sector 9 boasts of a pool, a home theatre and teak beds. “The maintenance is not as easy as regular upkeep after parties and family functions become a bit difficult,” he says.

So, if all the cash has been accounted for and is spilling out of the account, build a new address!

Watch the word
Are our latest movies with a ‘rich’ dose of expletives setting a wrong example for the younger generation?
Jigyasa Kapoor Chimra

With Hindi cinema becoming more and more realistic, the use of expletives is becoming more common. There are examples galore — Omkara had Ajay Devgn abusing left, right and centre, so was Salman in Wanted (though in a humourous way).

No One Killed Jessica saw Rani Mukerji hurling abuses as she played a television journalist and so was Kareena in Golmaal 3 as well as Jab We Met. And off late we’ve had songs like Ishq na kariyo kake that has obscene lyrics with the use of swear words in every sentence. And with Delhi Belly hitting gold at the box-office (though it has more beeps than dialogues), it makes us wonder…is this the way that the new generation converses?

“Abusive words have become a common phenomenonnow. Filmmakers and actors are taking the liberty to showcase what is happening in the real life,” says Bharat Sood, an employee of a call centre in Mohali. Of course, cinema is a mirror of the society, but is this the way the young speak at home also? “Not at all, it’s just with friends that we take the liberty of using these words, at home one has to be prim and proper,” says Bharat.

Not all films with use of abusive language have had a smooth sailing though; many have found themselves in legal hassles due to the liberal use of cuss words. Journalists in Patiala asked the police to register a case against Rani Mukerji, other actors and the filmmaker of No One Killed Jessica for showing them in a bad light. But come what may, youngsters don’t mind using swear words and there are no gender bias here; girls are equally vocal.

Ginni, an MBA aspirant, says, “We youngsters don’t use the hardcore gallis, it’s more of slang abusing that goes on among friends. And 90 to 95 per cent of abusing is done just for the sake of doing it.”

Though swear words have found acceptance with the aam janta, there are few from the old school of language that don’t approve of all this. “I wouldn’t like to comment on others, but I don’t approve of such words in my vocabulary. Different people have different ways of looking at things, but swear words are not acceptable to me. I have teenage sons and I always tell them to keep their language clean, as it is a reflection of their personality,” says Moon Sandhu, teacher at Strawberry School.

From the same school of thought, Suveechi, trainer and consultant for educational institutes, says, “The language has definitely gone for a toss. Earlier we were told not to use the cuss words but these days they have become a part of youngsters’ conversation and they don’t even realise they are using such words. It is more of an SMS language and they have a handicap when it comes to perfect sentence formation.” Agreeing that movies are the trendsetter, she says, “Movies definitely inspire youngsters and are setting a wrong trend.”

Digging deep
Vishnupad Barve calls his play, Ferrous, based on iron-ore mining in Goa, a ‘project’
Vasudha Gupta

Suman Mallipeddi
Suman Mallipeddi

The entire theatre is buzzing; carpenters are engaged in cutting and chopping, directors are looking after the actors and someone sitting somewhere is fine tuning the sound. The stage, which saw the first play on Monday, is ready for an experiment.

In the hustle bustle, we walk in the space, all of which has been compartmentalised into different sections and has a curious display of technology and games. The man behind Ferrous – his ‘project’ not play, as director Vishnupad Barve puts it. Dressed in a casual pair of shorts, a black t-shirt and an earring to mark his nonconformist sense of styling, the interaction takes us on a tangent of creativity. Talking about his interactive performance, he sits on the pavement and starts breaking the rules. “When you talk of theatre, the conventional school of thought is one script, actors and a performance. Interaction with the audience is not possible,” he says.

Providing a platform of freedom to his audience, he is planning on offering a mix of different mediums to his audience and giving them the option to like, dislike or walk away. “The focus is in trying to break the conventional interaction of the audience and creative art,” he shares. The mediums being used for his project are beyond props, characters and masks. “I will be using video art, object installation, video-conferencing, blogs and two live performances,” he says.

With such experimental form of expression, even the message is out of the Pandora’s Box of social evils. A Goan by heart and mind, Vishnu has related his message to the territories he belongs to. While Goa remains one the most beautiful places to be in, its iron-ore mining that plays havoc in the minds of the inhabitants. “An average person will perhaps never be able to figure out that even national heritage sites have been given on lease to the mining authorities,” he says.

With the concept of the project being around expressing the damage being done, Vishnu is sure it will create an audience base. “Whenever changes happen, it takes time for the acceptance levels to seep in,” he shares. Breaking the clichés, Vishnu sticks to his idea of calling it a project without a script. “There is no need, my research is the script. It came out of my field work and the material that we carried from Goa to create the platter of mediums, which will talk about the impact of mining,” he smiles. It only takes the creativity of a student from the National School of Drama to get inspired by the empty pit left out of mining!

“I am not taking a side through my project, it’s a neutral piece, the audience is free to derive their own interpretation,” he leaves us to look after a bath tub filled with sand and animals stacked outside it.

Creative line

The other experiment is being executed by Suman Mallipeddi. Inspired by his favourite performers from theatre, he is using the lights and sound to add the emotions, while the actors will be performing in gibberish. Talking about his line of thought, Suman shares, “Creativity is everywhere, even when a mother talks to her child. The performance will be based on talking through the body of the actors, the light and the sound.”

Forest Glam
Rohit Bal with Arjun Rampal
The hot-steppers: Rohit Bal with Arjun Rampal

Gaurav Gupta’s enchanting forest collection, attended by Bollywood actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Shraddha Kapoor, was the highlight of the concluding day of Delhi Couture Week on Monday.

Fernandez was speculated to walk the ramp for the designer but she said the focus should be on the collection. “I strongly feel that there should be a separate show for Bollywood people. If we walk on the ramp, the whole focus shifts on to us rather than the collection,” said the former Sri Lankan beauty, who wore a grey saree designed by Gupta.

There were lots of props used in the collection such as horns and skeletons. Models were even spotted in a typical eye make-up with spooky music played in the backdrop. “I don’t like Bollywood walking the ramp because the entire hard work goes waste. Like Jacqueline said, we should do a separate show for the Bollywood stars,” Gupta said post show. The collection had chiffon sarees and gowns in a subtle colour palette. — PTI

Ranbir and I talk everyday

Deepika Padukone plays the female lead in Prakash Jha’s male-dominated Aarakshan, a film on reservation in educational institutions and related political issues. The beautiful actor talks about being part of the challenging film, her equation with Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor.

Reservations about role

I believe in the film and its socially relevant subject. Many people, especially the youth, will identify with it. I will not get lost in the male-dominated film because my character is central. She is torn between her boyfriend and her father because of the reservation system in the country.

Hat-trick

Saif is great to work with. He has been fantastic in Aarakshan and Cocktail and nobody could have played these roles better. We are also doing Race 2 so by the time it releases, we would have done four films in about three years. We are more comfortable with each other now than we were during the making of Love Aaj Kal. Over time, comfort levels grow between co-stars.

Equation with Kareena

People say that Kareena doesn’t get along with Saif’s leading ladies. If it is her insecurity, I cannot do anything about it. Fortunately, we both have had no problems with each other. We hung out on the sets of Cocktail in London and Hyderabad. She has nothing to worry about as far as Saif is concerned.

On Ranbir Kapoor

Both of us have moved on in life (post the break-up in 2009). People worry about us more than we worry about ourselves. We are very good friends and we talk to each other. The relationship is behind us but people keep going back to it. I don’t know what the future has in store for us and we will deal with it as it comes.

Neil Nitin Mukesh’s proposal

I don’t know what is stopping Neil from coming to my doorstep with a rose. He is most welcome. He is thinking too much.

Actors can be friends

I think two actors can be friends. Shahana Goswami is a very close friend of mine. We got close while shooting for Break Ke Baad. I was quite surprised that we became so close at that point of time. You reach a point in life where you don’t know why people want to be friends with you. You don’t know if they genuinely care. Your instincts have to be sharp.  If you click, you just do and vice versa.

Home of my own

I love my new home. It is centrally located (in Prabhadevi, South Mumbai).  It is my dream home and I have earned it. I didn’t and don’t want to depend on my parents. As far as stories about Siddharth Mallya buying me the house are concerned, all I can say is that he stays with his father (Vijay Mallya) so the question of buying me a house doesn’t arise. —HRM

Melodious tribute

The Mere Brother Ki Dulhan title song has been shot widely across India including Mumbai, New Delhi and Dehradun. In the song, Imran Khan goes searching for an ideal bride for his brother. The song uses the three modes of transportation – air, road and train in a very interesting and captivating style, in his hunt for his brother’s dulhan. Watch Imran at his charming best paying a delightful tribute to the three Khans – Aamir, Salman and Shahrukh.

Celeb Point
Book of life
Divya Dutta

I visited Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar to gift them a book written by my mother on short stories Katra Katra Zindagi.

They could not make it to the release function but were very helpful as always. I was very keen to give it to my favourite actor! We got chatting over chai and bhelpuri!

Shabanaji is a superb conversationalist and I felt completely at home! She had played the role of my mother in Umrao Jaan and we used to play dumb charades on the set! She is so much fun. Being the serious actor that she is, she asked me, why are you so fond of me?

Without blinking I said because you are the perfect balance of a professional and a homemaker, because you are the finest actor and because you are so close to your mom, like I am.

I remember having gone for Shaukat Aapa, Shabanaji's mom's book release. Her warmth and affection towards her mom made me hold my mother's hand a bit tighter. I must also release my mother's second book!

Sunil Dutt had released her first book. And now the second one should be equally memorable!

The printing of ma's book began and I got busy with my work! One fine day while being interviewed my journo friend asked me, "How about your mom's book release!"

I hadn't thought about it till she pointed out "Mothers Day is after 2 weeks, what could be a better day!"

I loved the idea but two weeks and the book wasn't even ready!

I pushed everything aside rushed to the crossword store to book the venue! They were too excited! Then the distributors and I got a chance meeting with the head of a leading publication! It was on!

The big question was who would release it? Shabana ji was not in town but she promised to write a foreword for us! Ma said, "Request Priya Dutt as her father had released my first book! Will be great if her daughter released my second one! I went to meet Priya, one of the most genuine and humble persons I have met! Before I could say anything, she said, I'll be there!"

It was like someone up there was making things happen in that one week! A nearly impossible task! I had invited the entire industry and ma's friends. My brother Rahul took charge of being the gracious host!

The D day arrived! I was nervous! My thoughts were, "Sab theek thaak ho jaaye! Hope everyone comes on time, hope the food laid is hot! Hope they serve well, hope ma's speech goes fine." Ma was a bit nervous too! A big day indeed!

It was 6 pm and the guests started trickling in. The entire media had arrived much before time! I was nervous: Hope Priya comes in on time!

Then someone tapped my shoulder! It was Priya Dutt saying, "I am here!"

I was relieved! In about 2 minutes! They had all arrived! All the biggies I've worked with! Gurdaas Maan, Rakesh Mehra, Govind Nihlani, Amole Gupte and so many others! And all the leading editors, journos, ma's friends, my friends whom I hadn't met for so long were all there in full support! My childhood friends..All!

Then I began talking about ma. I don't remember what I said but the guests were all listening intently! Then it was my mother Dr Nalini Dutta's time to speak! Rahul and me exchanged nervous looks! As she spoke she held the audience spellbound! She was genuine, simple, straight and spoke straight from the heart! It was her day! People had tears in their eyes of happiness. Of being overwhelmed! And they all released ma's book Katra Katra Zindagi, amidst huge applause!

I could see ma surrounded by actors, directors, mediapersons wanting her to sign an autograph on their book copy! It was indeed her day! I just looked up and thanked someone up there for this truly special moment.

As I gifted the book to Shabana ji, Javed Saheb, they gave me the warmest smile! "Kitaab zarur padenge! Tumhari maa bahut khaas hain.hamara adaab boleaga!

As I came book home from Shabana ji's house, I had a letter at home, from Amitabh Bachchan! He had received ma's book too! And he wrote how lucky we were to have a mother like her! And he remembered his poet father Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

For all the love and warmth from people I have looked up to in life I was elated to show the letter to mom as she read it very misty eyed!

Her lifelong dream of writing had come true with the entire industry and friends cheering her! She deserved it truly "Kyunki maayein bahaut pyaari hoti hain aur merewaali kuchh khaas hai."

Navneet Saxena (L-below) loves to capture cityscapes and landscapes
Frozen moments: Navneet Saxena (L-below) loves to capture cityscapes and landscapes

Navneet Saxena loves to click 'happy' pictures. Be it pictures of people or landscapes, his camera lens looks only for joy. Be it India or abroad, he has travelled across the globe clicking bright-happy frames.

An entrepreneur from Mohali, Navneet is a commercial photographer. He photographs pictures of resorts and educational institutions, conducts photography workshops and is an active Rotarian.

He was awarded the honour of excellence for innovative travel photographer by the Department of Tourism, Chandigarh Administration, on his 47th birthday last week.

"It's great, the first award that I received way back in 1984 was also from the Ministry of Tourism," recalls Navneet. In between, he has won many other awards, including Contessa Hill Holiday Photo Contest twice.

"Greatest is the pleasure and satisfaction that I get from clicking pictures. It takes away the tensions of real life," says Navneet who specialises in cityscapes and nightscapes (clicking pictures of the cities at night). Right from Chandigarh to Dubai, London, Edinburgh, Paris, Las Vegas and Sydney, Navneet has captured them all.

He considers Chandigarh to be at par with any of the international tourist cities. As a tribute, he has come up with Chandigarh, The City Beautiful, a unique coffee table book.

His passion for photography started early in life. His father, being in merchant navy, brought along pictures from far off lands on his visits home, it was from there that Navneet started exploring this field.

Juggling time between business and photography, Navneet also conducts workshops. "It's my way of giving back," he shares. He is happier that the same week that the award was announced, two of his students also won a photography competition.

"I began taking classes in Vivek High School in 1994, with just five students. Today, there are 120 of them with a teacher to assist me and I have to select as I cannot accommodate all those who apply," shares Navneet.

President of the Photographic Society of Chandigarh, Navneet's favourite is Banff National Park in Canada. "It has a breathtaking view, zero pollution and superb infrastructure, which makes it a traveller and photographer's paradise," says Navneet who feels strongly that India has all to be an advanced country and yet we fail!

Apart from promoting Chandigarh as a travel destination, Navneet is looking forward to shooting in Alaska. Photography, according to him is a combination of the right equipment as well as precise timing.

Pictures of a bird about to fly, dolphins synchronising a feat, Black Sand beach, New Zealand, bay area, San Francisco, Scottish Villa and Banff National Park, Canada prove that right.

Drink vegetables

A new study has found that adding pureed vegetables to children's foods nearly doubles their intake of vegetable while reducing calories in the recipes. Preschool children consumed nearly twice as many vegetables and 11 per cent fewer calories over the course of a day when Penn State researchers added pureed vegetables to their favourite foods.

"Childhood obesity rates are on the rise, and at the same time children are not eating the recommended amount of vegetables," said Barbara Rolls, holder of the Helen A. Guthrie Chair in Nutritional Sciences.

"Vegetables have been shown to help lower calorie intake. The problem is getting kids to eat enough vegetables," she said.

In their study, the researchers served vegetable-enhanced entrees to 39 children between the ages of 3 and 6 on three separate days.

They tested three familiar foods -- zucchini bread for breakfast, pasta with a tomato-based sauce for lunch and chicken noodle casserole for dinner.

The team modified the standard recipes for these foods by adding a variety of pureed vegetables to reduce the calories in the entrees by 15 per cent and 25 per cent.

"We incorporated several vegetables into the dishes, including broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes and squash," said Maureen Spill, a post-doctoral fellow in nutritional sciences and the study's lead author.

And when they ate the vegetable-enhanced entrees as opposed to the standard-recipe entrees, their daily vegetable intake nearly doubled while their calorie intake decreased by 11 per cent.

Rolls and colleagues found similar results when they served vegetable-enhanced entrees to adults.

The findings appeared in the April 2011 issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. — ANI

Fat chance

It's bad news for overweight people. A 55-year study in Britain has found out that once people gain weight, they can never return to their original size.

Of the 12 million Britons who diet every year, less than 10 per cent succeed in losing significant amounts of weight - with most putting it back on within a year.

The national survey by the Medical Research Council followed 5,362 men and women since their birth in 1946, and 20,000 people born in 1958. The study measured weight and blood pressure and assessed the lifestyles of the people.

"Both groups began increasing in weight in the 1980s and since then people have been increasing in mass all through life," Rebecca Hardy of the council was quoted as saying.

"For men it goes up steadily through life. For women it starts slowly and accelerates in the mid-30s. Once people become overweight they continue relentlessly upwards - hardly ever going down."

The study, however, adds that dieting has its own benefits.

People who try to lose weight tend to eat better and exercise more, leading to increased fitness and lower blood pressure.

The latest health survey in Britain says that in 2009, 14 per cent of children and 25 per cent of adults were obese. — Agency

Wrap ‘n’ roll
Ashima Sehajpal

Half way through eating the Cheesy Moroccan wrap makes you realise why the chefs propagate it as a complete meal. It is filling, heavy, nutritious and prepared in a live kitchen.

"We began with the concept of wraps and rolls with two objectives. The first is to inform them that these can be served as a complete meal."

The second one, as the owner Vasu Trehan claims is more important, "Not every fast food is junk. In our case, we serve wraps and rolls within seven minutes. When it comes to the material used, it's all very healthy."

"Prepared by chefs before you, these are made using all the in house material. We do not outsource breads or kathi paranthas. Not even the mayonnaise is brought in ready made. Also since nothing is cooked and stocked, it ensures that everyone gets a freshly-prepared order."

The food served is not fried but baked, grilled or cooked on the hot plate. "It's on the lines of the same objective that we wanted the fast food to be healthy." Must try here are Moroccan, Mexican and Italian wraps. In the rolls, the favourite one is the traditional chicken tikka roll.

The BIGG leap

Samir Soni and Neelam Kothari
Second innings: Samir Soni and Neelam Kothari

Well known actor Samir Soni, who shot to fame after his stint in Bigg Boss 4, will be soon be seen on television again. This time he is back with the show Parichay, produced by Balaji. We got Samir to chat about his second innings on television and his character Kunal Chopra.

Has Bigg Boss changed your life?

Bigg Boss is an extremely popular show. Before that, people knew me as an actor who had done films and TV but post Bigg Boss everybody knows me on first name basis. Yes, things have changed for me in very a positive way and I couldn't be happier in life right now.

How did the show with Ekta Kapoor come about?

She called and told me that she has a lovely script for me. When I read the whole script, I just loved the character Kunal Chopra. Soon after I was on for the show.

How is your rapport with Ekta Kapoor?

Ekta is a very good friend and my association with her goes a long way. Though we haven't worked together, we have been in touch. Before this show, Ekta had approached me when she was casting for another show but that that didn't work out.

What kept you away from serials for so long?

After Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi and Saakshi, I got busy with films and I didn't feel excited about any television show offered to me or about anything on TV.

What appealed you about Parichay?

Firstly, this show has a realistic approach. My character Kunal has a lot of layers. Usually the characters on television are uni-dimensional, but this one is multi dimensional. Moreover, I have never played such a character, even in films. So it should be fun and I am looking forward to it. I am hoping like Ekta's other on-going show Bade Achche Lagte Hain, Parichay too will be appreciated for the realistic approach, story and content.

How would you compare Kunal to Purab from Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi?

Both are diametrically opposite to each other. Jassi's Purab was almost a perfect man, extremely successful whereas Kunal is down both professionally and personally. He has his own inner demons to fight.

Finally, how is married life faring for you?

I am far more settled and anchored. Since Neelam belonged to the same profession, there's a lot of comfort and understanding. After marrying Neelam, I feel complete.

It's time to party

Shweta Kawaatra
praise worthy: Shweta Kawaatra

Shweta Kawaatra, who was last seen as a tough cop in Colors' Phulwa is back and how. On one hand, she has been receiving praises for her performance in Murder 2 and on the other she has recently entered the popular Sony show Adaalat, where she has bagged a challenging role.

Shweta, who is elated with the response to Murder 2 and was spotted having a good time at the success party held this weekend, states "I don't think I have ever been complimented so much in just one day. My role has been received very well. Mr. Mahesh Bhatt totally showered me with praises and it left me feeling humbled. He said that I have done more for his film than he has done for me and much more. Coming for Mr. Bhatt it was truly an honour."

Shweta is also all praise for the team of the film as she says "The team of Murder 2 is so united and everyone pulled off their characters so well and that is what worked for the movie. There is no fixed, formula for success it is the team that makes a film work. I am currently reading some more film scripts and just hoping that everything works out well. "

Speaking about her role in Adaalat, the actress says, "I am playing a lawyer pitched against Ronit and it is exciting as I have never played the role of a lawyer before. I am still working on my mannerisms as I want to pull off the role in the best way I can."

We wish Shweta good luck for her future endeavours.

Rumour mills at work
Pooja Gor and Raj Singh Arora
rumor mills: Pooja Gor and Raj Singh Arora

Pooja Gor aka Pratigya in the hit Star Plus show Pratigya, was shocked to hear rumours regarding her relationship with Raj Singh Arora. It was recently reported that her parents didn't approve of Raj and her success made him keep his affair with her under wraps. Though the two love birds are seen together often either on her sets or going out, but apparently, her parents didn't feel Raj was right for her. Rumours were that she wanted to shift to his building but didn't as her parents were against it. They want her to be engaged instead. Pooja is shocked about such stories.

Teeth-ing problem
Sara Khan and Neeraj
KNock out: Sara Khan and Neeraj

During a scene in Zee TV's Ram Milaayi Jodi, Indraneel had to slap Neeraj but he didn't want to be slapped on the side where he had a toothache. But his co star Sara Khan didn't buy his toothache theory and was convinced he was chickening out and told Indraneel to slap Neeraj hard and later pass it off as "being carried away with the shot". He did and much to everyone's utter shock, out popped the troublesome tooth! Only then did Sara and Indraneel realise that Neeraj's complaints were genuine and apologised profusely. "We all thought Neeraj was faking a tooth ache to avoid being slapped in the scene.
