YEAR after year this event has seen a celebration of some of powerful personalities on the planet and significant achievers. GQ Men of the Year 2010 awards on Star World on Sunday at 9 p.m. celebrates 16 inspirational Indian men and two women, selected from diverse fields of politics, sports, literature, business, fashion and of course, Bollywood. The awards, earlier confined to the US and the UK, have now come to India. Earlier winners have been President Barack Obama, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Caine and chef Gordon Ramsay. The Indians winners have been Omar Abdullah, Shashi Tharoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan and more. Gadgets and gizmos One of the popular gadget shows, Gadget Guru, on Thursdays at 10.30 p.m. on NDTV Good Times has the latest gadgets and the gyan. The show takes a look at the coolest and funkiest gadgets, giving detailed insight into the world of gizmos.
