WHEN we perform Lakshmi puja for our prosperity, we never specify hey Lakshmi maa, mujjhe sirf white money dena (O Goddess Lakshmi, please give me only white money), unless some minimum white money is required for buying a property. It’s about time we invented some gods of black money. Some of the Income Tax officers work day and night to unearth black money for two reasons — one to raise the rightful tax funds for our country and the other to raise their personal income that has to be always black.
