Rhyme Time
Beautiful butterfly

Butterfly, butterfly

High in the sky

Your colours are nice

Like coco powder with rice

Little dots on the dice

Shadow on waves of sunlight

I get excited when I see a caterpillar

For children, it is a thriller

I smiled when I saw it

Children rushed to catch it

Now I know the secret

It is your transition from ugly to pretty period

I wish there were many more

caterpillars on the earth

So that they could spread beauty with this butterfly’s birth

Maths test

What is this life full of care?

To work on maths here and there

To revise maths everywhere

In the morning, we get up at three

After that we are never free

We cram articles of geometry

And solve problems of trigonometry

We consult books again and again

But nothing goes into our brain

We come to school in despair

Our impressions here are never fair

We exchange greetings with none

But ask, "What have you done?"

They leave a sigh, we know the rest

Against our will we sit for the test

After the test, we find the answers are wrong

And then, in a chorus we sing a song.

"Maths, maths go away

Do not come another day

We students want to play"
