Rhyme Time
My teeth

I have little white teeth

My teeth are clean and strong

I brush them before I take bath

To keep them perfect, I don’t eat anything wrong

I can’t tell its worth

I don’t let them anywhere bang

With my teeth, I sometimes show my wrath

Secret of success

What is the secret of success

I found the answer in my room

Push said the button

Take pain said the window

Be cool said the fan

Work-on-the tick said the clock

Reflect before you ask said the mirror

Make light of your difficulties said the lamp

Stick to God said the room

Tale of the tree

It takes so long for a tree to grow

So many years of pushing the sky

Long branches stretch their arms

Reach out with their wooden fingers

Years drift by, fall like leaves

From green to yellow, then back to green

There’s been an elm outside our school

Its shadow long across our playground

Today three men ripped it down

Chopped it up. It took them 10 minutes
