Rhyme Time
I wish...

I wish I could fly

In the pretty high sky.

In summers, I would rest on clouds,

In winter, near the sun away from crowds.

No need to wait for the sun,

Just fun, fun and more fun.

It would be a nice time,

Just fly, fly all the time

Nothing to fear

Nothing to hear.

No scolding

No holding

It would be great fun,

What will be there to fear — None

Testing times

Oh! These exams come with tension

And make students pay attention

Oh! These exams have maths

There’s division, multiplication, subtraction and addition

To keep us fully occupied

Oh! These exams have English

There’s past, present and future tense

To me they make little sense

Oh! These exams have science

There’s physics, bio, meteorology and chemistry

Oh! They all remain a great mystery

Oh! These exams have social studies,

There’s history, geography, civics and economics

Oh! They muddle me up so

Oh! My dear! Exams are on

And there’s been little preparation
