In fresh bouts of Naxal violence today, armed Maoists attacked a police outpost and a bus in Jharkhand, killing one policeman, while two CPM leaders in West Bengal were killed. One of them was beheaded by the suspected rebels.

Nagaland is set to come under President’s rule with the Centre recommending it to President Pratibha Patil, home ministry sources today said. The papers were sent to the President, who is at present in Hyderabad, the sources said.
