Breathtaking escapades on Nat Geo
Breathtaking escapades on Nat Geo

THIS is no ordinary travel show. These are real adventures experienced by travellers from around the world. GAP Adventures on Nat Geo on September 28 at 8 p.m. is a crusade through six different countries with six different groups.

Throughout their journey, the adventurers experience dizzying highs and lows. Their endurance and motivation is put to test. They enjoy heartwarming encounters with remarkable people and cultures. Their voyage reveals outlandish environments and breathtaking sceneries.

How do they react when they hear the lions roar in the middle of the night in the Serengeti? What happens when a snowstorm strikes at the top of the Kilimanjaro? See the emotion in the eyes of the group when they finally make it to Machu Picchu, the lost city of the Incas. Or when they see the stunning architecture of Rajasthan.

Follow their journeys through one traveller’s intimate journal. Through the groups’ testimonies, viewers will discover a whole new world of cities and cultures.

MONA Singh may not have bagged any real-time serial roles after Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin but she is busy as a bee these days. After winning the last Jhalak Dikhlajaa contest, she is now the new jockey in Maha Movie on MAX every Saturday at 8 p.m.

Extraaa Shots with Mona Singh brings in a personalised and interactive approach, highlighting lesser-known facts about films, stars and locations. Describing her role, Mona says, "As a movie jockey, I will introduce the film to viewers, share some interesting insights and unknown facts. I am a complete movie buff and now I have a platform to express my passion for films." So pop some corn and sit back and enjoy the show. — NF
