Liz too fond of food

Screen legend Dame Elizabeth Taylor admits that even though there’s enormous pressure in Hollywood to maintain a certain kind of figure, she enjoyed food too much to care about preserving a slim and svelte frame.

The Cleopatra star said she enjoyed food too much. “I wish I could be that size, but I can’t be. I enjoy food too much. In the end, I’m too hedonistic to be thin. I enjoy pleasures,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

As for who she dresses to impress, Taylor told fashion designer Michael Kors in American magazine Harper’s Bazaar, that she preferred dressing for the opposite sex as women were just impossible to please.

“Men first. Myself. Then other women. ‘Cause you can’t please women. They are horribly critical of each other. And more so if you’re famous. Meow,” she said. — ANI
