According to him, Rashda Parveen had been shifted to Dr Goel’s hospital after she complained of abdominal pain on June 7. Diagnosing the ailment as hernia, the doctor advised an operation that was conducted on June 20. On worsening of her condition post operation, Rashda Parveen was shifted to DMC, Ludhiana, where she died on June 27.
