Christopher Anderson’s biography of the singer, Barbra: The Way She Is, claims that not only did Streisand’s list of lovers include men like the heir to the British throne Prince Charles and his ex wife Diana’s companion Dodi Fayed, but also actors Warren Beatty, Ryan O’Neal, Steve McQueen, Kris Kristofferson, Don Johnson, Jon Voight, Elliott Gould, tennis star Andre Agassi, Richard Gere, Omar Sharif among others. According to the New York Post, in his book Anderson also claims that Streisand had such a deep rooted of fear of being assassinated for her outspoken support for Israel, that when she staged A Happening in the Park around the time of the six-day war in 1967, she spent the time weaving around the stage trying to make herself a more difficult, moving target for any sniper attack. — ANI |
