Kumar Sanu AUDIO SCAN
Kumar Sanu goes private

Aise Na Dekho Mujhe
(T-Series)

Kumar Sanu has some of the finest hits of this decade to his credit. But somehow he has been away from the limelight during the recent years. With this album he hopes to prove that he has not lost the quality of his voice. The album has 10 songs composed, arranged and programmed by Shibu Pintu. The lyrics are by Nusrat Badr. Call it the limitations of budget or talent, but none of these can hold a candle to the work that he has been doing in films. Yet, Sanu does not really disappoint.

Sunn
(Universal)

Many girls have come together in the past to rig up all-woman bands. This time we have three sisters getting stardust in their eyes. This is their debut album. Chand is a composer, Deepa has a flair for lyrics and Seema is the one with nimble feet. The three do three songs together here, while all others are solos. Five of the songs have been written by Deepa, while the other three are penned by Gopinath Mukherjee. There is an innate simplicity about these numbers which tides over several shortcomings.

Ishaan
(Sagarika)

The singer has nothing original to offer. He is only presenting remixed film songs like Kya yahi pyar hai, Chhalkayen jam and Inteha ho gayi intezaar ki.

The problem with Ishaan is that he is not too appealing even in these second-hand presentations. —ASC
