The relaxation has been allowed on the condition that the present façade is not disturbed. The height can now be increased maximum by 3 feet 9 inches from the front façade. It has allowed additional height on the second floor of the SCFs which have been converted into SCOs or guest houses in shopping centres on V-4 streets.
