It has allowed additional height on the second floor of the SCFs which have been converted into SCOs or guest houses in shopping centres on V-4 streets. As per this relaxation the Administration has not allowed any staircase on the rear side to second floor where commercial or habitable use along with additional height is availed of. The relaxation has been allowed subject to payment of composition fee, besides conversion charges being realised for conversion of an SCF into SCO or guest house and fee for additional covered area on the second floor.
