In the near future, what kind of skill sets will be the most in demand in this sector? "From a behavioral point of view — the ability to work in a demanding, fast-pace environment with multiple responsibilities. Functionally, professionals in this field will need to have customer focus and be bottomline driven." At what levels does your company make recruitments? Is it an ongoing process or periodic? "Airtel recruitments are made at the executive level. Owing to the hectic pace of growth of the company, recruitments are an ongoing process." In view of the high level of competition, is your company taking any special measures to retain staff and prevent poaching?
