J Lo's celeb-help book on paparazzi

With the paparazzi increasingly becoming a big problem for celebrities these days, pop singer Jennifer Lopez has decided to take the bull by the horns by writing a self-help book for celebs to deal with them.

Lopez, who thinks that she is the perfect person to pen the book, said that it was strange that even though celebrities were fed up of the paparazzi, no one had thought of writing on the subject.

"Nobody likes to hear somebody in the public eye who they feel makes a lot of money, complain, so we don't, but it is a very strange thing nobody writes books about how to deal with that, so maybe I'll do that next," femalefirst quoted her as saying to website Moviehole.net.

Children's author Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey is all set to give Madonna competition - not in the field of singing, but by becoming a children's fiction writer.

The pop singer has announced plans to publish a series of illustrated children's books, 'Automatic Princess', which are to be based on her own childhood experiences as a bi-racial orphan girl.

"The way I do things, I need to be involved. I wouldn't just be like, 'Here's a concept, go run with it.' It's still something I really want to do, and I'm going to do, and I'm going to start getting that into production soon," Fox News quoted Carey, who started working ton the project last summer, as saying.
