Rahul was accompanied by Harbhajan Singh, to unveil the premier running collection of Reebok. Star cricketer L. Balaji also visited the venue.

On being asked whether the absence of Shoaib Akhtar in the test could be the reason for the poor bowling performance of Pakistan team, Rahul said, “No that is not the reason, in fact we batted well”.

Rahul denied that whenever India and Pakistan teams played there was a lot of pressure, he said, “This is not true. we always try to do justice to our performance but rather it could be media hype, which creates this impression.”
