Run the risk And apart from all the academic and financial requirements, to be in the capital markets business, you must have a feel for the market; knowledge, interest, a knack for learning about stocks and shares; and an analytical, logical mind. You must also have the powers of good judgment; tact in dealing with clients; and plenty of business acumen.
