Ulta pulta
Site for sound health
Jaspal Bhatti

IT is important for us to know the health of the politicians we have returned to power. This is because healthier MP can do development work at a quicker pace. When an MP is ill, his chamcas get an opportunity to shower him with bouquets at the hospital, with the preface: "Sir, I just came to know from the official website that you slipped while trying to stage a walkout in the Parliament!"

From now on all the information on ailing MPs will be available on the website- the name of the hospital they are admitted in, the name and contact number of the doctor examining him, and so on. The Parliamentary Affairs Ministry will keep the website updated.

The beneficiaries of this technical information would be those who bribe their MP’s to get their work done. If a person has shelled out a couple of crores to his MP, he will remain worried about the MP’s health till his work is done. Or else, one can only repent later on- "I was unlucky I didn’t know beforehand that my MP had a heart problem. He died just a day after I had paid him a crore for some work".

Mere information on health is not sufficient. Astrological charts should be made available on this parliamentary web site.

If, according to astrological predictions, he does not stand a chance getting a Cabinet berth, the public should not waste it’s time on him. In public interest, the Parliamentary Affairs Ministry should maintain the site dilligently.
