R P Academy advance in GG Dutt tourney New Delhi, May 16 RP Academy won the toss and put South Delhi Colts into bat. They scored 231 in 40 overs with Amanjeet Singh displaying his batting skills with a stylish 82, off 93 balls and studded with ten boundaries. Nischal Gaur made off 76 balls with three fours and two sixes. Amanjeet and Nischal put on 118 runs for the second wicket in 22.1 overs. At one stage, South Delhi Colts were comfortably placed at 178 for 2 in 33.2 overs. But left-arm spinner Amit Tewita then produced a stunning spell to return with mesmerising figures of eight overs, 50 runs and six wickets. In reply, R P Academy crossed the victory target for the loss of just five wickets with three balls to spare. Amit Tewtia also contributed a cameo unbeaten 26, off 17 balls with five fours, to win the man of the match award. Scores:
