KYLIE Minogue was born May 28, 1968, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She is in news for her latest Slow, which has become popular around the globe. She is also popular as an actress. Her career started when she was a teenager. She appeared in several Australian television series as a child actress, including the very popular Young Talent Time and The Henderson Kids and Neighbours. Her younger sister Dannii Minogue is also a talented singer. She recorded a few songs for British producer Stock Aitken Waterman including teen-oriented pop tunes Better the Devil You Know, I Should Be So Lucky, and Shocked. In 1990, she returned to acting in The Delinquents and also bagged a small role in Street Fighter. Her career was revived when she recorded a duet with Nick Cave called Where The Wild Roses Grow in 1995. After that there was no looking back.
