Zenith
Zenith Computers has
announced the launch of ‘Topper’- a laptop for students. Keeping in
mind the relationship between education and IT, and as a contribution to
higher education in India, Zenith has launched a laptop specially
designed and priced for students and faculty. The company believes that
students of higher education in institutes must receive the latest
technology that is on par if not above international standards.
Superbrand
NIIT is now part of the
coveted Superbrands from India listing. This recognition comes following
a rigorous evaluation by the Superbrands council, an independent body of
advertising, marketing, research and media gurus mandated to recognise
and promote excellence in branding. This emerged after a national
evaluation involving 711 top consumer brands in 98 distinct categories.
Zensar
Muscat-based Oman Computer
Services (OCS) has announced a strategic alliance with India-based
Zensar Technologies to offer global quality products and services to
Oman in key sectors, including financial
services, oil and gas and e-governance. Zensar, a joint venture between
Fujitsu and India’s RPG Group, provides software solutions to Fortune
500 companies like Cisco, National Grid Transco and P&O Nedlloyd
Lines. It works with over a hundred global clients, including Batelco
and Emirates airlines. To expand its base in the Gulf, Zensar is
evaluating potential partners in the Sultanate of Oman, says a press
note.
