An alleged suicide bomber appears on Arabic television network al-Jazeera, which showed a tape
on April 4, 2003 which it said was made by two Iraqi woman before they set off a suicide car bombing that killed three soldiers, a pregnant woman and the driver northwest of Baghdad.
US officials said a vehicle approached the checkpoint near the strategic Haditha dam and that the pregnant woman got out, screaming in fear. The vehicle blew up when the special forces approached, he added.
