A huge portrait of Jordanian King Abdallah is set up at the entrance and police check-point to a refugee tent camp, managed by the Hashemite Charitable Organisation with the help of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
(UNHCR), in Rweished, some 60 km from the Iraqi-Jordanian border, on March 22, 2003. The tents are being erected for any Iraqis who might flee the country, but no Iraqis have yet arrived
at the camp. —Reuters
