More phrasal verbs

WITHOUT much ado let us get acquainted with some more phrasal verbs. The exercises you have already done were intended to sensitise you to the structure and usage of phrasal verbs. The following exercises will give you more practice in understanding and using them.

I. Write a phrasal verb for each of the following words and phrases.

II. Replace the italicised words in the following sentences with phrasal verbs used as nouns.

III. Replace the italicised words/phrases with phrasal verbs in each of the following sentences.
