Quantum DX30

Quantum Corporation, a provider of data protection systems, has launched Quantum DX30 — the only disk-based backup system that emulates a tape library, in the Indian market. With Quantum DX30, enterprises can address backing up data fast, reliably and economically without disrupting their existing storage infrastructure. The Quantum DX30 is now available in India through Quantum Channel Partners like Wipro Infotech and Apara Enterprises. The product is offered at $ 55,000, excluding local taxes.

Canon printer

Canon, a company into imaging technology, announced the launch of its new Bubble Jet, XNU i320 printer in India. The XNU i320 Borderless Home Photo Printer is targeted for home and office environments and will be available for Rs. 6995. An added advantage of the XNU i320 is its weight (2.4 kg). The printer also incorporates new noise reduction technology which helps eliminate distorted colour dots.
