Pugmarks, Bharti tie up

Pugmarks InterWeb Pvt. Ltd., one of the Indian companies into advanced Web services and eCRM solutions, has entered into the call centre enabling services by providing call routing, data centre facilities and local loop service set up in the USA for Bharti Infotrac that has set up a call centre in New Delhi. Pugmarks is the intermediary which offers call centre enabling services like hardware components, call routing facilities, long distance local loop carrier services and data centre facilities from its virtual data centre in Chicago, USA.

IBM-NIIT Scholarships

IBM India and NIIT have launched IBM-NIIT Scholarships for IT professionals and students enrolling for IBM Certification courses at NIIT Centres for Advanced Technology Studies (CATS) in India. The application forms for the scholarship aptitude exam are available at all the NIIT education centres across New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai, and the test will be held on September 28, 2002.

Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. has announced that IDC India ranks its Exchange 2000 Server as the Number 1 Enterprise Mail Messaging and Collaboration platform. This announcement is the result of an extensive research conducted by IDC, which indicates that Exchange 2000 has 60 per cent of the market penetration in the mail server market in India.
