Personal cyber space!
VARIOUS
Internet Service Providers are trying to gag the cyber world. Internet
Telephony sites are being blocked by some of the service providers. This
way they are attempting to deny whatever has been made legally
permissible by the law. Blocking Net telephony sites not only denies
Netizens the right to converse but also is an attempt to bully them. My
simple question to such ISPs is: "Is the World Wide Web their
inherent property?" Where is the so-called IT Act? Law enforcers,
please wake up!

The new shape and style
of Log in Tribune is really worth praising and it is more attractive and
stylish. The contents are, not to mention, the best for getting
information that is otherwise not so easily obtainable.

…and brickbats
I am a regular reader
of The Tribune and various supplements, which it brings out on different
days of the week. I have specific appreciation for Log in… Tribune,
which you have been bringing out unfailingly for the last two years.
Recently, you changed the format of the supplement that is
not up to the mark. The thing
which disturbs me most is that Log in… Tribune is not published every
week. Since the last two months at least three weeks have passed without
an issue. Why so? I eagerly wait for whole of the week for a copy of Log
in… Tribune and feel let down when I find the supplement missing. I
request you to restore its weekly nature.
S.K. Sharma, Jagadhari
Note: Since
July 1, Log in… Tribune comes to its readers every alternate Monday."
