Intuition can work
wonders AN optimist when turned down for a job, considers the experience as a benefit. He believes that something more favourable is going to happen. His child-like innocence and faith puts him in tune with the intuitive flow. Intuition works in miraculous ways when we believe in it. Mathematician Jaques Hadamard exclaims: "On being awakened by a chance external noise, a solution long-searched for appeared to me at once without the slightest instant of reflection on my part!" Even Pythagoras by chance discovered how the relative pitch of vibrating cords is determined by the ratio of their lengths when he noticed the sound changing as a blacksmith nearby was hammering at different rods. When 16, Einstein would daydream as if he was riding on a beam of light. In his mind’s eye he would try to go back to its point of origin. And one day, he discovered the most famous scientific Theory of Relativity. Einstein exclaims:
"Intellect has nothing to do on the road to discovery. There comes
a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the
solution comes to you, and you don’t know how and why!" |
One morning you prefer to wear a light blue sweater. At lunch time you meet someone wearing a suit of the same colour. On your way back home you meet a new acquaintance who gives you a lift in his car. He is also wearing the same colour. Is it mere chance ? No, it is intuition which prompted you to wear that particular colour on that particular day. Intuition functions like a satellite dish. It picks up signals from the superconscious (the divine source). It then transforms signals into images, feelings, words or impressions which flash across our conscious mind. Great scientists, artists, journalists, writers, leaders, even businessmen very often benefit from this divine source. Such a guidance is authentic, graced, and a genuine one which you will find really fruitful, and in the divine order. Intuitive insights come through visions, voice, and vibrations. In your waking state you occasionally sense a clear vision of someone, but then you find that actually no one was there! Occasionally, you hear a clear voice telling you something useful, but when you look around you realise that actually no one was there !You sometimes sense that someone has touched you from behind but when you try to confirm by turning your back, you find that no one was actually there ! Such chance incidents can
revolutionise anyone’s life. But alas ! We have lost faith in our
intuition. We want a proof for every happening. And intuition flies out
of the window when reason comes to the door ! |
