Education in 2025

The world will be full of gadgets and computers,

Robots shall take the place of our tutors.

No more would we have to run to school,

In place of books the CDs would rule.

Pen and pencil will no more be in our hand,

Life will be like living in a Disneyland.

Moon will be our picnic spot,

The cool planet that looks like a dot.

With no homework to be done,

Our life will be a lot of fun.

Without any fear of contradiction, I can say,

That school education in 2025, will run this way.

Colours of nature

There are many colours of nature like red, yellow and green,

Also purple, blue, orange, brown and cream.

The sky is covered with a light blue paint,

That is beautiful, never getting faint.

Sun, a hot ball of gases, looks orange or yellow,

But is a good friend of nature and a nice fellow.

Clouds are grey, black or white,

And sometimes cover the whole sky converting day into night.

Violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red,

Make a rainbow lively and never dead.

Moon appears to be milky white,

Thereby creating a nice and peaceful sight.

Silvery stars shine all around,

Appearing very tiny, but the moon they bound.

Flowers having red, yellow, blue and so many bright shades,

Are surrounded by green or yellow leaves that never fade.

Butterflies hovering over the flowers are red, yellow or green,

Also sometimes purple, blue, orange, brown or cream.

India shaken

Clutched thou in the spiky bough,

Of poverty, misery and animosity,

Life hath become harsh all through.

Where thou hath none to hear thine cries,

Where thine chastity has paralysed,

And none to sigh over thee.

The past was dark.

The present still desolate & barren,

Thine future is ambiguous.

The world hath amputated you,

And divided thou in two.

Still walked thou on paths of peace,

Still tried thou to invoke prayer,

You tried to stand but had to fall,

And none to give thy a hand.
