Toy presenter Robert Figueroa gets into the character of Wally as he prepares his presentation of Tiger Electronics new toy "Wally Getsa Wedgie" in the Hasbro Toys showroom at the American International Toy Fair in New York. The toy has an edgy personality as it tells tall tales, bad jokes, babbles nonsense and sings silly songs. The only way to stop "Wally" is to give him a wedgie by grabbing his underpants and giving them a yank. The toy will retail for about $30 in the Fall. Toy Fair officially begins this week but already buyer previewing has begun.
