Indoor games entertain and save from winter chill

WELCOME friends to our weekly meeting. Another shivering week has passed and there is still no respite from the cold wave. Well! It's time to stay indoors and enjoy after you do your homework.

Fluppy: Hey friends! Have you been studying hard all these days? Well, I guess yes. Don't you think you need a good break now?

Windy: Yeah certainly! Provided you have studied like me and not like Fluppy.

Fluppy: Why not like me, Windy? What's wrong with my style of studying?

Windy: Well! So you are forcing me to share that secret.

Fluppy: Which secret are you talking about?

Windy: You were caught reading the Tin Tin inside your course book by your class teacher and you were made to stand on the bench for rest of the day.

Fluppy: That was not Tin Tin.

Windy: What was it then.

Fluppy: It was Archies.

Windy: Wow! If reading Archies in your class is permissible, so what for were you given the punishment then?

Fluppy: I will…

Cliparti: Oh that's a bad way of starting the chat. You both are back to your best, pulling each other's leg. Let's talk something constructive and interesting with our friends. Anyways I agree with Fluppy that we should have a break now.

Windy: That's cool. Do you have anything for us this week?

Fluppy: I have something interesting friends! It's about amazing and fascinating facts - about the earth, space, human lifestyles, with facts and figures from around the world. This information is available on www.pitara.com/discover/dyk/online.asp. This is an interesting site and here you can get some really interesting facts on various subjects. There are several sections like 5W/H, Earth, Eureka, Did you know, Language, Geography, History, etc. All these sections are full of information and other interesting facts. By the way friends! Do you know that there are about 400 million cars and light trucks in the world today? In 1950, there were 50 million. Well! I have taken this fact from this site only.

Windy: Oh Wow! I am impressed. I had never expected such a discovery from Fluppy. I was expecting another games site from Fluppy. But this has come as a bouncer to me.

Cliparti: So, now you can't say that Fluppy is not serious. He has searched good information for us.

Fluppy: "Collars up"

Cliparti: Windy! Your expression of 'bouncer' reminds me of the cricket mania going on with the India England One day series and lots of more cricket entertainment packed in the months to come. If you are a cricket maniac then you can logon to the site www.crickinfo.com for more information on facts and figures related to cricket. You can also get the latest scores and live scoreboard of the match being played at that time. Basically it's an informative site on cricket.

Windy: Well! That's another bouncer friends. It's Cliaprti telling us the sites on cricket. Oh Gosh! What's happening today, everything unexpected is happening. First it was Fluppy talking serious information and now it's Cliparti sharing cricket sites. Friends I guess its just more than a break. Now, let me also share my information with you guys. I have found this site www.amazingmoms.com/htm/winterplay_2.htm. This is a nice site on indoor games, which you can play indoors during the rest of the winters to save yourself from the cold wave. There are many games listed on this site like Got a clue, Ready….Switch, And the wind blew etc. You can learn about all these with instructions to play and then enjoy with your brothers and sisters. This is a nice site with some cute games.

Cliparti and Fluppy: That's a bouncer Windy, as our friends were not expecting a games site from you. Anyway let's sign of on that bouncing note with a promise to bring lot more information, fun and entertainment next week. Bye, till then.
