More precious than a pearl, More loving than all in the world, My mother is everything to me. I can fight with her, Cry whenever I want to, for I know it is one place where, I’ll always be listened to. I make her angry, But she keeps on worrying. All this shows, She is so caring. |
Your mother is the one you can turn to. She teaches you the right, and forbids you to do the wrong. When you feel sleepy, she even sings a song. When there seems no hope left, She guides you through, and tells you what to do. I feel grateful to her for all, she has done. I want to repay in my own way. I just want to see her happy everyday. I wish that charming smile always adorns her face. And I want to come up to her expectations with grace. — Divya Bansal, Class
X,
Life Life is like a bed of roses, Some enjoy the fragrance, Others bear the thorns. Every step has some hurdle, But you must learn to struggle, At the time of hardship, Try to reach the mountain’s tip. Show everyone your capability, Do your work to the best of your ability Let not others make you stop from reaching to the top. — Prachi Minglani,
Class IX-C,
The honest ones Why in today’s world honest people are not found? Why there are so many wars? Why they are breaking all the laws? Why most people have become greedy? Why are there so many poor and needy? Why is there so much corruption? But thank God there are a few good people? Who oppose the corrupt ones? Oh! God give me such motivation, I may contribute in making India a strong nation. — Aastha Sharma, Class
