An Afghan ruling Taliban guard sits infront of the Supreme Court in Kabul on Sunday. The eight foreign nationals accused of propagating Christianity among local Muslims, chose their defence lawyer Atif Ali Khan formally on Sunday. The Pakistani lawyer has been given between three to fifteen days to prepare the defence case. Taliban's Chief Justice, Noor Mohammad Saqib reassured that the trial of the accused will be a fair one and the threat of US military strikes against Afghanistan would not influence the court.— REUTER
