Dreaming of
accidents To err once is an accident. Should it occur repeatedly it is either foolishness or folly. —Unknown BY the term accident we do not only mean to refer to a mishap of a very severe nature, which may necessarily bodily hurt you. It can be simple day-to-day errors that are not necessarily of a very severe nature. It can be you simply dropping a glass and breaking it, or maybe crashing your car but getting out totally uninjured. On the other hand, it can also be you getting burnt, or maybe being hit by a bull. As per Indian
thought, should a person see in his dreams that he has had an accident
he should make sure that he avoids that particular item which has
caused the accident in real life too. Should he dream that he has
sprained his ankle then he shall suffer a financial loss. If you dream
that you are driving a vehicle and the wheel of the vehicle comes out
or its axle breaks then be prepared to face certain difficulties in
the near future. Should you dream of a fall into a nullah then
you shall face results opposite to your expectations. Should the
dreamer see that his vehicle has collided with another vehicle then
the person shall get hurt. |
Psychologically, dreams of accident warn you of oncoming dangers. They portray your insecurity regarding certain occurrences in your life. They can also portray the fear or hesitation of the dreamer to take up responsibility. Should you see yourself as the cause of the accident then it forewarns you of hidden aggression within you. You need to be careful of the repercussions of your actions. Take the dream of a 43-year-old man who often dreamt that he was travelling in a train, which met with an accident and was thrown off the rails. But he never got hurt. The man, in all possibility, was a hypertensive person who somehow perceived even a minor matters as threatening. This was the probable cause of the recurrent nature of the dreamer. Such a person is often advised to take
up relaxation therapies as a means to relax his mind and if possible,
undergo a course of behavioural therapy, in order to change his manner
of thinking. |
