Deepa Sahi to visit Chandigarh

NOTED Bollywood personalities, Ketan Mehta and Deepa Sahi, will be in Chandigarh on May 11 to participate in a conference at the Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC), Sector 34, Chandigarh.

The conference that is to be held from May 10 to 12 would focus on careers in graphics and animation. The duo will delve upon the relevance of animation and graphic designing in the modern-day context as applicable to the film industry.

The Sector-34 based centre will focus on training students in the latest version of Multimedia software ranging from Adobe Photoshop 4D and 5D Paint and 3D studio Max.

The batch of 50 students to be selected shortly would also be taken to Mumbai studios as a part of their curriculum. — TNS
