Sunrise
WHEN the stars go down,
The sky wears a crown,
Of the sun shining so bright,
Illuminating the world with light
And filling us with delight.
The sky looks so good,
Wearing its shiny yellow hood,
All around it sprays,
Happiness with its rays,
It feels so happy and gay,
And in early morning we wish to play.
It really sounds so nice,
Seems like weve won a prize,
When the sun moves about in the sky,
The birds set out to fly,
The sky looks like a shimmering beauty,
The sun gives us its light and fulfils its duty.
The sunrise looks so grand,
When on suns chariot it enters our land
On the other end, riding on a horse,
Goes back the moon which looks rather cross.
So, ready for us,
Is the gorgeous sunrise,
Everyday,
With a new surprise.
