Bansal against taxes in city
CHANDIGARH, Sept 1—Status quo on Chandigarh, simplification of the leasehold abolition system, strengthening of local self-government institutions, amendment to building bylaws, introduction of the mass rapid transport system, redress of grievances of employees and one rank one pension for ex-servicemen are some of the key features of the election manifesto of the Congress candidate, Mr Pawan Bansal, which was released here today.
