He demanded immediate halt on this battle. Mr Vidrohi also lashed out at the BJP and said on the one hand the BJP leaders claimed cordial relations with the INLD, but on the other they had criticised the induction of four HVP legislators into the Cabinet by Mr Chautala. He wondered what the Chief Minister legislators into the Cabinet. The Janata Dal leader stated that in 1996, the HVP leader, Mr Bansi Lal, had also adopted the same course by inducting Mr Charan Dass Shorewala and Mr Vinod Madhia, erstwhile Lok Dal MLAs into his Cabinet and at that time Mr Chautala had raised hue and cry against it and even taken the matter to the court. Expressing his concern over the fate of several thousand ad hoc teachers after the decision of the state government to recruit 10,000 more teachers, Mr Vidrohi said these teachers had been working for the past many years and if their services are terminated it would be a great injustice not only to them but to all their families also. He urged Mr Chautala to
immediately intervene and give preference to ad hoc
teachers. He also asked Mr Chautala not to keep his
political interest in mind while deciding the recruitment
of new teachers. |
